The following products are available to enhance your Web site. To add these items to your site, please list them by part number in the Other questions/comments text field of the Request form.

The additional components we provide do not require links to other Web sites and will run stand-alone on your server.

Forms The following forms require some unique coding and are priced based on the amount of coding required. Any or all of the types can be combined into a single form.	Initial implementation price for a form is $20 plus the price of the items listed below. For example a form with a check box and radio button would be priced at: $30.	WD103

Animation Animation requires the use of scripting and graphics. The price for this work varies based on the complexity.	The base price to plan and propose an animation is $25.	WD110
Photo album/gallery pages If your displaying artwork or several images you may want to consider using a photo album page. The source images for these pages must be in GIF, JPEG, or TIFF format.	$20 to $40	WD111
Audio Audio files can be added either as source files that you provide or by recording your audio (interviews or voice messages) through IA-Connections TOP	The price for this extra is quoted on a per item basis. Voice recordings are based on $150 per each 15 minutes of finished media.	WD112
